How a study runs
Four stages, each leaving a record you can open later.

Hylē turns your question into hypotheses, boundary conditions and template parameters, so you can see what it is about to look for before it looks.

It searches literature and open registries and keeps the provenance of every record: where it came from, how it was accessed, and the passage that matters.

Parameter sweeps, statistical tests and sensitivity checks run as isolated CPU jobs. Each figure records the inputs, method and version that produced it.

Figures, intervals and citations come together in a study you can export and share, with the gaps listed next to the conclusion instead of hidden below it.

Where an answer is still being verified, it says so.
Can’t find it?Ask the teamEvery sentence in a synthesis points to the records it relies on, and each citation opens the passage it came from. When no retrievable source supports a claim, Hylē flags it instead of citing something nearby.

Four open indexes: OpenAlex for scholarly works, arXiv for preprints, Europe PMC for life sciences and Unpaywall for open-access copies. Switch any of them on or off from the Sources menu in the composer.

Data handling terms are pending policy approval. The trust page lists each topic still awaiting verified documentation, and the privacy policy states the current disclosure.
A gap marks evidence Hylē looked for and could not find, such as an independent replication. Gaps are listed next to the conclusion and shown as a dashed ochre citation, so a result never looks more certain than it is.

Figures render live in the workbench, backed by bounded CPU runs you can repeat and export with the method attached. The Figures page holds a catalogue of 440 example figures across 8 research fields.
Each of the twelve fields has standard research templates, labelled with a field code and number such as BIO-01, FIN-01 or POL-03. Open Templates to start a study from one.

Credit-pack questions
How do credit packs and report depths work?
Credit packs are prepaid top-ups. Choose Quick, Standard, or Deep separately for each report; its credit cost is shown before you start. There are no recurring charges.
Can I get a refund or recover credits after a failure?
An unused first purchase requested within 7 days is refundable. Used credits are non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights. Credits consumed by a Hylē-side technical failure are restored. Contact hyle@refresh.ai.kr with the run ID if restoration is missing.
How are payments and taxes handled?
Lemon Squeezy is merchant of record for international USD purchases and calculates applicable taxes at checkout. Korean purchases use Toss Payments; won prices include VAT. Checkout opens after approval. This preview processes no payment.
