1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hylē ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
2. Service Description
Hylē is an AI-powered research and simulation platform. Users submit research questions and receive multi-agent analysis, simulation results, and predictions.
The Service operates on a credit-based system:

Important: AI-generated outputs are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, legal, medical, or any other form of regulated advice.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.
- Credits are available as one-time top-up packs or via monthly subscription.
- Subscription billing occurs on the same day each month (or the nearest valid date). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
5. Refund Policy
Because Hylē delivers digital AI computation services, the following refund rules apply:
Used credits — non-refundable
Credits that have been consumed to run an analysis are non-refundable, as the AI compute resources have already been allocated and used.
Unused credits — 7-day refund window
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing support@hyle.ai.
Monthly subscription — cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription fees.
Technical failure — full refund
If an analysis fails to complete due to a technical error on our side, the consumed credits will be restored to your account or a refund will be issued upon verified request.
To request a refund, email support@hyle.ai with your order ID. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hylē to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content, including content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or infrastructure.
- Submit spam, automated requests, or artificial queries designed to abuse the credit system.
- Use the Service for activities that could cause harm to others or violate applicable laws.
- Impersonate other users or provide false information to access the Service.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
Hylē's outputs are generated by AI agents and are provided for informational and research purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind — financial, legal, medical, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service's outputs. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions with material consequences.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the research questions and inputs you submit to the Service.
- AI-generated outputs delivered to you are licensed for your personal and commercial use.
- The Hylē platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Refresh AI Lab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce or redistribute Hylē's platform or interface without written permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hylē and Refresh AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
